What happens after I reach out?
  1. Free 20-minute Consultation: We will schedule a 20-minute consultation to get to know each other briefly and both decide if we would be a good fit.
  2. Intake Session: Our intake session will include reviewing Consent and Confidenitiality, and some questions to better learn about you, your needs, and any therapeutic goals you may have. The rest of the time is yours to use as you wish!
How does payment work?

Currently, I accept payment by e-transfer. I will provide you with an invoice and then a receipt of payment once fulfilled.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you think you will miss a session, try to let me know as early as possible. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a 25$ fee will apply.
